New Feature
Added a "View Logs" page for Workgroup Managers which shows the user logs on the workgroup(s) that the Workgroup Manager belongs to. This is accessible from the user name at the top right, by clicking Manage Workgroups > View logs. 
Bug Fixes
- Fixed the Evaluation Overall Results page > "Hide Objectives Hierarchy" icon was not visible for small devices/resolutions.
- Fixed the issue with deleting judgments from the Evaluation Judgments Table.
- Fixed the RTE (Run Time Error) that sometimes occurred when the user was disconnected.
- Fixed the unnecessary decimals showing on Rating Evaluation pages.
- Fixed rounding on percent complete on the evaluation progress page.
- Fixed the issue with the priority displayed for the Data steps evaluation graph (Step Function and Utility Curve)
