Anytime versus TeamTime™ Decision Making & Measurement Definition

In addition to defining the “measurement type” for each decision node, Project Managers can set one of 2 modes to make judgments about objectives (criteria) and alternatives (projects): Anytime or TeamTime™ on the Collect Input screen:

AnyTime Evaluation

Anytime is an asynchronous mode and permits evaluators to make judgments at any time and any place. 

TeamTime Evaluation

TeamTime™ is a synchronous mode, led by the Project Manager, where participants enter their judgments one at a time, using their personal computer. Some participants can be in a room with the project manager, while other participants can be in different locations using their laptops over the Internet. 

Movement from judgment to judgment on the evaluators' screens is controlled by the Project Manager. This process allows a real-time discussion of the elements being evaluated.
