Added Normalization (Unnormalized and Normalized) and Mode (Ideal/Distributive) options on the Datagrid page. Note: The Distributive mode is only applicable for Normalized, thus Normalized will be automatically selected when Distributive is selected.
Allowed pagination on the Evaluation Progress page.
Admin Feature: Be able to specify password for System Managers.

Fixed issues on the Dashboard:
- Participants grid panel has missing columns (Permission, Evaluation Progress).
- Some Synthesize screen settings are not being applied when a page is added to the dashboard:
  - Selected axis for 2D and Gradient Sensitivities
  - Selected alternatives for Head-to-head Sensitivity
  - Filtered alternatives
- The leveling of objectives is messed up when editing an objective node from the Objectives panel
Removed the unnecessary lines on evaluation results steps.
The last accessed model is being re-opened when returning to some Workgroup Managers pages; even the model has been closed.
Renamed "Statistic" as "Workgroup Statistics"; Fixed the issue of when selecting an expired workgroup, the user is being redirected to the model's list and can no longer return to the Workgroup Statistics page.
Changing the sorting on Stack Charts is not being reflected until the page is refreshed manually.
The "Sorting by Name" on Charts and Sensitivities is incorrect when an element name is an acronym.
Fixed issues on combined calculations (model dependent).
The "Edit description" button stays disabled when an alternative is checked.
Very long Rating Scale intensity names are displayed on a single line on the TeamTime meeting screen, which is affecting the layout. We truncated the intensity names so the default elements will still be visible.
