Ability to change the number of decimals to display on Portfolio Canvas. This setting is in effect for costs and custom constraints. For priorities, it will still be 4 decimal places.
Bug Fixes
Fixed the unnecessary hiding of the Custom Constraints columns. This used to happen when ignoring the custom constraints, even the option to hide ignore constraints is off -- additionally, the columns remain hidden when un-ignoring the constraints.
Fixed the invalid numbers showing for blank custom constraint cells (was reproducible for some old models).
