Enhancement

• Ability to change the number of decimals to display on Portfolio Canvas. This setting is in effect for costs and custom constraints. For priorities, it will still be 4 decimal places.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed the unnecessary hiding of the Custom Constraints columns. This used to happen when ignoring the custom constraints, even the option to hide ignore constraints is off -- additionally, the columns remain hidden when un-ignoring the constraints.
• Fixed the invalid numbers showing for blank custom constraint cells (was reproducible for some old models).
