Added ability to Filter the bottom 5, bottom 10, or bottom 25 alternatives on the Synthesize pages. This will filter the alternatives list based on the bottom "N" (5, 10, 25) Combined group priorities.

Fixed the Incorrect evaluation progress percentage. The Overall Evaluation Progress percentage displayed on the Evaluation Progress page was incorrect.
Fixed the Charts bars length. Previously, chart bars were proportioned incorrectly.
Fixed the Sub-menus from User Name.
Fixed the RTE (Run time error) in the Measurement Methods screen.
Set the default normalization to normalized.
Decreased the frequency at which the Help hint pop-up occurs during evaluation.
Fixed the character encoding for the model name. Some models that use non-English alphabets and symbols were not being encoded properly.
Remove unnecessary scrollbars when using the Edge browser.
Fixed display bug when using multi-direct ratings.
Fixed the button labels cut off. Button labels in Participants' screen are cut-off unnecessarily even though there is enough space.
Fixed the duplicate % sign in Charts tooltip.
