February 24, 2021 | Version 6.1.4.42003

Enhancements

  • In the previous design, every time a password is created or reset, new evaluation links of a user will automatically be generated, and the old evaluation links will then be invalid for security purposes.  On this release, we made the following changes:
    • For new users accessing the site for the first time who will be prompted to create a new password, new evaluation links will be generated, at the same time, their old/existing links will still be working, meaning they can use both.
    • For users resetting the password (from the Personal Settings page) or by his/her Project Manager (from the Participants List key icon), a prompt will appear asking to clear all existing (old) evaluation links or to keep them working.
    • We also added an admin setting to turn on/off the creation of a password for first-time users accessing the system.  (This is currently turned ON in Comparion; please contact us at support@expetchoice.com if needed.)

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed the auto-playing of YouTube videos on Evaluation's Quick Help.  YouTube made an update on video auto-play which caused the issue on Quick Help.
  • Fixed the Run Time Error (RTE) that may occur when copying judgments from one user to another.
  • Fixed the missing unlock icon on the Participants list to unlock users due to multiple wrong password attempts.
  • Fixed the focusing on the first Alternative on the Alternatives page.  The first alternative is not being focused correctly and disables the Edit Description button.
  • Fixed the missing dialog box prompt to edit the Goal name and its description for newly created models.
  • Fixed issue with the enable/disable check box on the Workgroup Participants list.  The check box is not updating on the view but is being saved correctly.
  • Fixed the copy/paste options that are blocking the right-click context menu on the Objectives Hierarchy View.
  • Fixed the issue with the steps list being clickable even when it should not be, since the evaluation is set to not allow users to move forward when there are missing judgments.
  • %%Models%% not parsed when creating a copy of a model (Save As) and the number of models is equal to or greater than indicated in the license file for the workgroup.
  • Security Fixes
