Only online models are accessible to evaluators for collection of input.
The Project Manager can set the model status
Evaluators won't be able to evaluate a model that is offline. Accessing the evaluator's link will redirect them to the login page with a message stating that the model is offline and to contact the Project Manager for additional information.
The Project Manager can also place the currently open model online or offline from the top bar using the toggle switch:
The Model's Online or Offline status can also be updated from the Models list page.
Evaluation Progress
The landing page for Collect Input includes a progress bar summarizing overall evaluator progress.
To monitor individual participant evaluation progress use the Evaluation Status page.
The Evaluation Status page is found in COLLECT INPUT > Evaluation Status.
The progress bar and its equivalent percentage are displayed.
Clicking the EVALUATION STATUS link opens the list of participants, with individual evaluation progress.
This page lists all of the evaluators for the model as well as the percentage of their input that has already been provided.
The display can be sorted by Name, E-mail, Evaluation progress, or Last judgment time by clicking on the table headers.
There are three icons under the Actions column:
Copy an evaluator's anytime link on the clipboard
Log out and log back in with another user's anytime link
View the evaluation steps and judgments for any evaluator. This is a "view only" mode so while you can enter or change judgments, they will not be saved.
